Saturday night Grammy & Pappy Devlin, Aunt Marcie, Uncle Imants, Livija, and Luna arrived! We ate pizza, drank wine, and oohed and ahhed over the babies.
Livija is now a one year old. She can crawl faster than a speeding bullet, smacks her legs when she dances, can stand on her own, and even takes a few steps if holding onto furniture or your hands. She talks non-stop (she can say bye bye in Latvian, MaMa, baby, and...the rest is her own baby language). She has a hearty laugh and is so much fun to be around. Livija seemed unimpressesd upon first meeting her baby cousin Claire (pictured above). But later, while getting jammies on in Claire's nursery, Livi decided to show Claire some cousinly love by poking her in her eye (also pictured above).
Grandmom McQuaid and Uncle Mike & Aunt Liz also stopped in for a visit and to get theur "Claire Fix" as Grandmom calls it!

Livija appears to be so gentle with Claire. I guess nobody snapped a picture of her attempts at tearing at her ear or poking out her eyes. :)
