What do you do when you are at a picnic and it starts POURING RAIN? Call in the MacGyver Team (aka Mark, Pappy, Uncle Scott & Uncle Imants) and they will build you a shelter using 2 food tents, a tarp, a hacksaw, a piece of wood and some rope. You'll be dry in no time and the party can continue!
FOURTH OF JULY PICNIC AT GRANDMA & PAPPY'S
In keeping with the Devlin family tradition, we spent our July 4th in Changewater. It wasn't your typical July afternoon. It was cloudy, chilly and even had a few moments of pouring rain, but everyone thoroughly enjoyed the time spent with family and friends. I think Claire's favorite parts of the day were eating her green beans, being hugged by Livija, and being sung to by Emma Sage.

I love how Livi is giving the thumb's up, as if to say . . . "Yes! I'm finally with my baby again!" It's so sweet how much Livi loves her baby cousin.
She really acts like Claire is her baby too. She bends down and gets right in her face to talk to her or kiss her and is really gentle. It's so cute.
