Here's Claire catching a nap to recover from a very rough week. We had to rush her to the emergency room twice for a nasty virus that she caught. She had extremely high fevers that remained around 103 even after Tylenol and Motrin. Her breathing was labored and her heart was racing. At times she was screaming and grunting to catch her breath and other times she was just weak and completely listless. It was a very helpless and scary feeling to see our girl so sick. There was nothing we or the doctors could do but to let the virus run its course. It took almost five days, but Claire is back to her old self now. She is fever free and has resumed crawling after Starla all day long.

I just love her!!! Happy to hear that Claire is back to normal. Does this mean that a playdate is in our future? The Harker girls miss her already.
So glad to hear your girl is feeling better - how scary for you guys. I bet you were worse off than she was.
btw, it looks like you could bounce a quarter on Claire's mattress. Does she run a tight ship over there, or what?
