On April 29th our daughter Keira Leigh was born.
She was thirteen weeks premature and weighed just one pound ten ounces and measured thirteen inches. She is still in the NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit) where she is receiving around the clock medical care and is doing very well despite her fragile age and tiny body.
Steve, Claire and I cannot tell you how much we appreciate the outpouring of love and support you have shown us throughout the last few months of my pregnancy and especially over this emotional week since Keira's birth.

She has already been through much and still managed to come out fighting. The NICU is a long hard journey but Keira has proven she has the strength to get through it.
Lots of love to the family and Congrats to Claire for becoming a big Sister!
