BERRY PICKING at Dimeo Farms
I brought the girls to Dimeo Farms to meet up with my friends Jackie and Beth and their kids. It was the picture perfect summer day that made me want to...well...take pictures. Claire and her friends huddled over the plants and the five of them started filling their pint containers full of blueberries, raspberries, and black berries. Keira preferred to harvest alone. She immediately took her shoes off and started picking and eating any berry she could find. The pint container was left in the dirt with her shoes. She was a complete mess by the end, but I was pretty excited to watch my girl actually eat FRUIT! She looked so funny teetering around the crops with her berry stained face and dusty little feet.






When our pints were finally full, we packed everyone back up in the car and headed to a really cool park where the kids burned off the rest of their energy and we mommies got to catch up on old times.
